Flow MVMT is a community-driven studio experience offering group and private movement-based classes- including yoga-inspired flow, strength, mobility, dance, stretch (and more!).
Partnering with our city's community, retail, and social spaces, classes are designed to bring communities together through the art of movement. At FLOW MVMT, we encourage participants to see exercise differently - a way to discover the hidden treasures of our city, to connect to others, and to connect with yourself.
